All medication to be taken at school is to be checked into the office/clinic at the beginning of the school day. It will be given in the clinic area only.

All medications to be taken at school MUST have a written note with the following information:

  • Student name
  • Medicine name
  • Time to be taken
  • Amount to be taken
  • Parent signature

All medications must be in the original container with a proper label. This includes prescription medications, Advil, Tylenol, and other over-the-counter medications.

Medications will not be given without a note from parent.

If you feel that the student must keep certain medicines with him/her at all times, due to special circumstances, contact the school nurse.
